The guy (Ted) is cute and fluffy. Mila Kunis is hot. Laura Vandervoort appears a few times, and she is also hot. Other than that, the movie is… bah… watchable. Some nice jokes, but some other are just forced, making no sense whatsoever. Ah, and Patrick Stewart is A BOSS as narrator.
I confess, this movie was on my watch list, after watching the first, because of the girls. The first had Jessica Alba, this one has Laura Vandervoort. And this is the only reason to take 92 minutes and watch it. 30% of the movie are underwater images of fauna and flora, 30% are girls (and, unfortunately, boys) in the beach, and 40% of the movie is action. The story? The same as the first Into the Blue. Nothing new. Also, not properly narrated, as the movie ends and there is no information about what happened to the bad… don’t tell me they were preparing a third movie… only if you add top-less to 20% of it 😛
So, second season of V is over. For those who were waiting for 13 episodes, don’t expect it. The second season was cut to ten episodes. Also, if you watch the tenth, you will really understand it couldn’t continue for this season.
What can I say, I think things got better with this second series. Few people, a robust core of actors. Some changes of mentality on people. Not bad.
The end of the series was strange. Not impossible (well, expecting the V idea is possible), but lead to some decisions I did not like. Of course I will not detail them. No spoilers. Sorry.
