ExtUtils::AutoConf

I started a new module yesterday, to emulate some of the AutoMake macros in pure Perl. At the moment it is almost empty, with just one function that is working on Linux and OS-X (guess why!).

Although this module is still almost unusable, it is the first module for which I receive an e-mail with congratulations.
